Q. How long does it take to receive my order?
A. Your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class or USPS Express Mail Service Delivery times in the USA are 2 - 7 days. International delivery 7 - 14 days, depending on your shipping selection.

Q. Is the item in stock?
A. If the Item is shown on the web site, the item is normally in stock or generally available for shipping within 5 business days

Q. What is the shipping cost to......?
A. Shipping will be calculated automatically online a varies depending on the weight. Please add your items to the shopping cart and shipping will be calculated for you before you complete the purchase.

Q. Do you ship to ......?
A. We ship worldwide, if the US Postal Service ships there, we do to. Some items may not be shipped to certain countries due to customs restrictions. VAT charges maybe imposed by your country and are the responsibility of the buyer to pay. We have no means to determine what fees may or may not be imposed, who to pay or how these fees are collected.

Q. Is there any minimum purchase amount that I have to order?

Q. What is your return policy?
A. We accept returns with no restocking fee within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. Kindly include a copy of your included invoice for proper credit or refund. Item must be returned in its original unused condition.

Q. What if I know what I want, but don't find it on your website?
A. You can email us at sales@landser.com and describe to us what you want and we will research it at no cost to you.

Q. Need to track your parcel or need your parcel fast?
A. Tracking is only available via EMS Express Mail Service and it is the fastest shipping method. All other domestic mail shipments will have a delivery confirmation.
